Welcome to the Misneach Programme. Misneach is a professional development programme for newly appointed school leaders. LDS recognises that being a school leader is very challenging. The Misneach programme seeks to help new leaders to meet these challenges by developing their personal and professional capacities. Misneach consists of 4 modules across the following 4 themes - Leading Learning, Leading People, Leading the Organisation and Personal Development.
